A decision is not always
the end of the work.
A staffing change can be approved before the assignment itself is updated. The person making the request needs to know which has happened and who acts next. We believe software should make that distinction clear.
In C3HQ's roster-request workflow, reviewing a proposal and carrying out the change are separate steps. Our job is to make those steps understandable without making people decode the system.
